• Prospect: We invest hours of everyday prospecting potential buyers in order to maximise the chances of obtaining an offer.
• Feedback: We are real estate agents, not secret agents; once we list your property, we stay in contact on a weekly basis to keep you informed of the developments.
• Management: We manage the offers submitted, help negotiate the best terms for you, ensure the conditions are respected and finalise the transaction at the notary.
